On May 31st 2022, Horizon 2020 projects iBECOME & Auto-DAN collaborated on an online workshop as part of EU Green Week 2022. The workshop titled “Intelligent Buildings supporting energy transition and EU Green Deal” focused on both projects’ policy contributions to the EU Green Deal.
The workshop featured various speakers from iBECOME; Dimitrios Ntimos (IES) gave an overview of the project, Simone Buffa (CiviESCo) presented on iBECOME exploitation strategy and replication potential by and Pierre Bernaud (CEA) covered iBECOME’s policy contribution to the EU Green Deal.
The workshop had a special guest Eduardo Soares Antunes, Policy Officer at DG ENER. Eduardo presented an overview of the Green Deal policy discussing the Fit for 55 package and the ReEuropeEU initiative.
